Are pets allowed in the studio?

YES. We love our fur friends. We just ask that all pets are potty trained and supervised throughout the duration of your booking.

On site parking?

We've got you! YES. Feel free to park anywhere on the premises.

Will there be a host upon arrival?

Not always. We are a self check in studio. 48 hours prior to your rental you will receive a reminder email. 24 hours prior to your rental you will receive a text with the studio access code. An On-Call Clay Host will still be available to help or answer any questions.

Is there a bathroom/changing room?

Yes. We have one community bathroom located on the main floor.

Do you provide or rent out camera and/or lighting equipment?

No, we do not provide any camera or lighting equipment. Though - we do offer C stands and backdrop stands.

Can I extend my rental time during my session?

If there is availability, you may certainly extend the rental time of your session. Text the On-Call Host to check availability. All of the on-call host info is listed on the coffee table in the lobby.

What happens if I’m sick or my clients are sick and we can’t make it to our rental? Can we reschedule or cancel our booking?

Bookings are non refundable but we know life happens and things come up. In the confirmation email there is a link that will allow you to easily reschedule that session. Please do so at least 24 hours prior to the start time of your session otherwise the link will not work.

Will there be an on site photographer during my rental?

No. The rental includes studio space only. You would have to bring your photographer / videographer.
